Summerland, BC

Lakehouse

Broadview provided comprehensive landscape and hardscape solutions for the general contractor, installing amenity areas, lawn spaces, retaining walls for this 43-home subdivision. We also delivered a 35‑zone irrigation system and 20,000 square feet of patio and walkway paving. Softscape installations were coordinated and perimeter fence installed for the 5‑acre development.

Penticton, BC

The Perennial

For this 6-storey building in Penticton with 200 units, Broadview provided landscaping services for the podium and common areas, and installed the irrigation systems, playground, and bocce court. We also did all of the exterior concrete work – the walls, stairs, sidewalk, and parkade – coordinating the concrete pumps and materials, building the forms, and finishing the surfaces.

Broadview Landscape removed our old front garden and built us a beautiful large patio. This patio has fabulous flagstone rock pavers that look amazing in how they are laid out in a beautifully pattern. They also built us a big pony wall stuccoed that goes around two-thirds of the patio and has a cool curved part at the corner between the two straight walls. Looks spectacular. All the staff were very professional and courteous as well as lots of fun!
